Who is Tina and what she offers?
Developing Future leaders is Tina’s life work. Her specialty is coaching next generation and emerging leaders in organizations, small and large, and entrepreneurs getting started and wanting to grow their business. Primarily, her approach is business focused with the goal of growing her clients to experience: increase in self-awareness and awareness of others; foster shifts in perspective; promote fresh insights; provide new frameworks for looking at opportunities and challenges; and embrace and support their next action. Tina is known for her tremendous emotional intelligence and authentic inspiring coach approach endorsing her clients to create introspection and insight into themselves.
Tina uses sound coaching methodologies and the use of checklists and assessments. She is certified on the Hogan Assessment tool which measures her clients’ normal characteristics or day-to-day interactional style, dysfunctional attributes that inhibit performance and satisfaction and organizational fit. She then coaches clients “through the gap”.
Tina was instrumental in creating a coaching culture, introducing mentoring and development planning programs and today, partners with NextGenLeaders.ca as a coach to support the development of highly selected rising starts.
To support leaders in gaining a coach approach to managing people, Tina delivers several coach training programs including a 2 day leadership development program, The Coaching Clinic.
Tina leads retreats for businesses (profit and non-profit) and also supports organizational with her team-effectiveness and team-building workshops.
Tina also leads a series of ‘Amazing Women Awakening’ retreats for women of all ages providing them with a secure place where their voice is heard and their personal development and growth is cultivated, empowering them to discover themselves.
Tina Dias ACC is a Certified Coach and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and The Retreat Coach network. A graduate of Coach U’s advanced coaching program and licensed by Corporate Coach U to lead and facilitate The Coaching Clinic CC. Tina is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching and Organizational Effectiveness with the Adler School of Professional Studies in Toronto.
Tina has over 20 years of frontline experience in Human Resources Management, Business Operations and Training. She focused her efforts on business start-ups and turnarounds managing multiple projects. She brings a wealth of business knowledge from the Retail, Banking, Insurance, Entertainment, Hospitality & Manufacturing Industries where she held leadership positions.

With over twenty years of frontline business experience in Human Resource Management, Coaching, Mentoring and Business Operations, she bring a wealth of business knowledge from the Retail, Banking, Insurance, Entertainment, Hospitality and Manufacturing Industries where she held senior leadership positions in Customer Service, Training, Quality Assurance, Casino Services, Human Resources and Executive Coaching.
Tina was born in Sallanches France, grew-up in Montreal (Quebec) and also lived in Toronto and Niagara-on-the-Lake (Ontario), Seven Oaks (England) and currently lives in St. Catharines Ontario, Canada. She speaks English, French, Portuguese and Spanish. Her hobbies include reading, cycling, swimming, and drawing.
